Brad Long has experienced the beauty, innovation, and resilience of the Congolese people and culture during several trips to DRC. He firmly believes in walking alongside the students, teachers, MR staff, and Board members to impact not only the students and schools but also the communities in which we work. 

“The focus on education with a slow, deliberate approach that yields long-term positive change is not an easy idea to swallow in our fast-paced world. The ‘malembe, malembe”’ mantra that runs through the veins of everyone tied to Malembe Rise is a journey I’m proud to be on.” 

Brad is a graduate of Ashland University with a B.S. in Management Information Systems and is an IT Manager in Indianapolis, Indiana.
